So what are the great improvements? Buses save ten minutes over a ten mile route when the average local bus passenger trip is 2.3 miles? That's a two minute time savings for the average bus passenger. Big deal!And yet somehow, for a car trip to take five additional minutes is the end of the world. What was that about valuing everybody's time equally again? |
