Then we shouldn't even speak of LOS since it is now irrelevent to the discussion.So what is being said is LOS will increase after the project is completed but we will never get to see the numbers. SO HOW WILL WE KNOW LOS WILL INCREASE? It's "TRUST US" as with every other facet of this project. |
