If you can't understand the fact that 24 hour data is absolutely useless for capacity concerns, there is no use wasting any more time on you.24 hour data are useful, if only to show that the peak analyzed is legitimately the peak. Fortunately, 24 hour data for Woodhaven are readily available and show that during the off-peak times that buses don't need the bus lane, traffic volumes also don't need an extra travel lane. |
