Actually NYS does not define every single road as a highway. You omitted one very important word "public".That goes without saying. On a private road you can do whatever you want, for the most part. So there was no need for me to say "public". And I won't bother answering the second question because I don't want an endless discussion.If you didn't want that, you wouldn't even have made the stupid lie in the first place. Obviously you know it is a lie, as you have no examples of me showing a pattern/history of lying. |
