Unless it is not the actual peak, it really is all that matters. I think you have trouble understanding what peak means.No. What happens in the peak hour IS ALL THAT MATTERS with regards to capacity. NO. Saving 10 minutes on a 75 minute trip is not insignificant at all. It is VERY significant. HUGE even! |
