No it is not the AM peak which is defined by 7 to 10 AM if you go by the hours the bus lane is in effect.

DOT is giving numbers at Myrtle only FOR A ONE HOUR PERIOD. That is the peak of the peak. Why aren't they at least showing the entire peak? BECAUSE THEY ARE CHERRY PICKING DATA.

What is happening during a one hour period (for only five days a week) out of 24 HOURS, is immaterial when you are making a proposal FOR 24/7.

So any conclusions you come up with for that one hour period is TOTALLY MEANINGLESS.

And I never assume 75 minutes to go 2.3 miles. The only way you can make a point it seems is to make up things I never stated since you can't argue with what I did actually state. I said saving 10 minutes for a 75 minute trip is insignificant because that is all SBS will save. I never said anything about that 75 minute trip being 2.3 miles long. A trip of that length would save much less time like five minutes if you are lucky.
