I've observed that plenty of times over a 7-year span. The crowds doesn't justify to have the V line there. Here is something worth noting (yes its more ridership statistics):Ridership at Essex-Delancey in 2001 (the last full year before the rehab began) was at 4,513,142. Compared to 2008 which was at 6,203,633. That's a ridership increase of 1,690,491. Still not enough to justify to have the V line stop there. |
