Tall buildings going up is not the only sign that a neighborhood is booming. When housing projects got put up in neighborhoods around the city 50-60 years go (including the Lillian Wald Houses on Avenue D), were those neighborhoods booming? Of course not!

I don't believe you. Your word is not good enough. I trust my own eyes way more than what you post on this message board. I don't care if you live the neighborhood or halfway around the world. You talk about proving that the V train is needed far more at 2nd Avenue and Houston Street than it is in Ridgewood/Middle Village or Park Slope/Kensington. You haven't proven a damn thing about that. There is only one thing that you've proven since you started trolling this message board - that the only area that counts is yours and the rest of the city can go to hell as far as you're concerned. Well, why don't you lead the way there?
