I've been to that area many times since 2002 and I've seen just how much the area has boomed, but that boom started well before '02, thus before the weekdays-only V train started running.How many buildings were going up in that area prior to 2002? The answer is none. Those Avalon buildings didn't begin construction till 2005-2006. In addition, 1 Avenue B didn't begin construction till early-2006. I've been keeping track on new developments in my area since 2004. If I were you, don't even waste your time on replying back. |
