Just to let you know, the V is currently the most reliable line that serves Queens Boulevard. By implementing the M-V combo, expect the V line to be unreliable due to the delays the Willamsburg Bridge faces as well as those timers s/o Marcy Avenue. In addition, the reason why the F is so crowded into Delancey Street is due to the amount of people who get on s/o Jay Street & n/o Church Avenue. Since the whole M-V combo has been brought up, I'm more open to the V going to Church Avenue for three reasons:

1. The V will continue to serve 2nd Avenue
2. The F line will be less crowded
3. Park Slope needs far more help than Middle Village and Ridgewood
