Didn't the R-16s pre-Chrystie have JAMAICA-168 ST on the north roll? Years ago, I saw a pic taken of the sign on the train my grandfather was driving, and I'm pretty sure it was:JAMAICA-168 ST BROAD STREET 15 | JAMAICA LOCAL Of course, sign north and railroad north don't always necessarily agree. (BTW, no idea where the pic is now, last time I saw it was in 1976, when my mom and I were packing up my grandmother's things after she died. It's either in a box in storage, or gone forever, after moving from NYC to LA and then here to So. Florida). |
