None that I can think of.

But if the AirTrains do charge you (they do) and they are also circulators (they are) therefore, most but not all circulators are free.

Is SEPTA's R-1 a circulator? Yes, but not a very convenient one. Aside from the fare, it only runs once or twice an hour.
