They may consider the fee unfair but would still pay it because it is the most practical alternative for them.That's for sure. I consider the MNRR AM reverse peak fare to be highly unfair and yet I paid it (i.e., bought a monthly when 10-trip off peaks would have been cheaper but were no longer accepted) for about 2 years. |
