The Port Authority is within its rights to disagree; customers who pay $5 to usae Howard Beach's AirTrain branch will obviously disagree with you as well. The number of people paying to use AirTrain at Howard Beach reflects the degree to which that disagreement with you brings revenue to the PA... |
