One is much more valuable than the other. Sure, but that could be said of any flat fee based system. Take the subway for example. For $2 (using base fare) you can travel between Jamaica-Van Wyck and Jamaica Center for $2, or you can travel between Jamaica Center and Broad St for $2. Both cost $2, and one trip is more valuable than the other, yet both cost the same |
