Why does lower Manhattan need more service? Office-to-residential conversions have long been the trend. With a pandemic accelerating WFH, a brown "R" is even more useless today.I'll take Stephen Bauman's posts over yours any day, because at least he uses statistics as guide. You can't help but let your biases lead you around by the nose. |
