It must come down to sloppy or bias dispatching somewhere.I once waited a few years go on a Saturday afternoon at "Pacific Street" for 40 minutes. One D and N after another came along. When the R did come, it was not that crowded. If you watch the southbound countdown clock at 86th Street, with alleged 12 minute intervals, they are very uneven, like 6 minutes, 18 minutes, 13 minutes. |
