Most riders usually bail for the express the first chance they get, especially from the (R) to the (N) as the (N) goes over the Manhattan Bridge and skips all the local stops (plus DeKalb). Pols had been previously lobbying for a split of the (R) because of how often it gets delayed and other factors. The few who are that lazy that they would endure a long ride to midtown on the (R) would likely adjust.Getting the (R) off Broadway likely makes it much better for the other lines on Broadway, plus, QBL would gain 24/7 Broadway service in this. |
