Posted by Broadway Lion on Thu Feb 5 22:05:46 2015 LION has examined that satellite of that area. There is no problem whatsoever in elevating Commerce Street. It begins the up grade north of the crossing at Wall Street, it cuts across the parkway and the railroad at an angle and returns to the previous alignment a good 300-400 feet down the line passing between those two widely separated buildings to the east of Commerce St.There do not appear to be ANY NIMBYS in this area, and the ones to the west of the track DO NOT VOTE, because they are already DEAD.
