Elevating them all is extremely expensive. The chance of another accident precisely on Commerce Street is very low.Ms. Brody stopped her vehicle on railroad tracks. She probably did so because she was in a highly flustered state, not out of time-saving greed. But still, short of removing every grade level crossing, the answer has to be in getting people not to do that. |
