No matter how well-to-do Mr. Brody is (Mercedes Benz Vehicles notwithstanding) he cannot afford such a settlement. His automobile insurance should be able to cover a reasonable settlement on the deaths, and maybe some of the damages, but there is no reason (other than greed) to make his disaster any worse than it already is.ROAR |
