Commerce Street could still be accessed from the Parkway via Stevens Ave. to the north, or Lakeview Ave. to the south. Access in between is not all that necessary. If safety at the crossing can't be improved with more modest changes, the overpass should be considered. But would it be thought to be worth the money? |
