You need somebody who has legal knowledge regarding whether legal actions can be taken against a dead person. My belief is not.The next question is under whose name the car was registered. If it were registered under the husband, then he bears responsibility. If it were registered under Ms. Brody, then I believe she and her heirs are beyond any legal actions to recover damages. |
