As for the others, the presence of dead voters on the registration rolls isn't a major problem if no one tries to show up to impersonate those people. Should those people be removed from the rolls? Absolutely. But requiring ID isn't the solution for that problem based on current experience.

But the point is, anyone can just show up and say they are those people, and vote. With ID, that couldn't happen.
