There is no "free ID suggested". You're talking about something that does not exist.The SUGGESTION was just that, a suggestion that there be such a thing. Are you that ignorant to understand when someone is presenting an Idea? Who said it does exist? The suggestion was that it SHOULD exist, for free, for people on the OFF chance they don't have any other sort of ID. You are the one that brought up birth certificates. |
