And it's a myth that almost everybody has ID. Lots of urban folks have no drivers license.Yeah, but they usually get other forms of ID because you need ID for all sorts of stuff. Like getting a job, opening a bank account, or getting an apartment. Further, to get a non-drivers ID you need a birth cert., States accept other forms of non-official ID for just that reason. |
