Whenever a non assigned car comes onto a line, why is it either the car assignment police of SubTalk come out en masse or the rest of them get a mental erection? How many time do you guys have to be told that NYCT needs X number of trains on every line to provide full service? Sometimes cars from other lines fill in where needed. This does not phase the average rider. But how many average people do we have here?
