Posted by Union Turnpike on Wed Jul 22 12:31:43 2009 What are your thoughts and memories on the R40 Slant and R40M subway cars and which line(s) did/do you like them on?Remember when the slants were new and had the route color square with the large block capital letter and they didn't have the "hardware" they would acquire as a safety feature to narrow the spacing between cars? One thing I liked was the railfan window in the first and last cars. |
