38th Street Yard/9th Avenue Station - Not only do we have the lower level of 9th Avenue, but also small stubs which was once part of the South Brooklyn Railroad that extend a short distance east of 9th Avenue (lower level) and the refuse train platform in 38th Street Yard. Also of note north (west) of 9th Avenue, there are two disused trackways which were due to have lead to a line running over 5th Avenue.

MacDonald Avenue - Several small stretches of track and rails existed in the pavement on MacDonald Avenue, and the track which lead into Coney Island Yard from the street track of the SBK STILL exists, though disused and cut off physically from the street. The stub track still is there, somewhere below the leads from off the F Line to the Culver Yard section of Coney Island Yard

G - Bedford-Nostrand Avenue - tunnel way with relay track exists, which was originally due to connect to a line which would have been the S. 4th Street - Utica Avenue Line
