I'm not aware of any GO's at this point, but it is in my opinion that the cars are shuttled between the barns every so often due the needs of Car Equipment. Barn space may not always be available in either facility, hence the moves.

Looks like a celebration of the 110th Birthday of the NYC Subway has been planned. Will post in a bit.
