Mamdani, G to Forest Hills on weekends thread

We've been over this many many many times. Weekend GO's often reduce capacity, making it impossible to run two local services on Queens Blvd during weekends.

Realistically, the G would be able to go to Forest Hills 2 weekends in a row, followed by two weekends when it can't. This will make passengers think, "the G is always cancelled on weekends".

Anyway, local R service during weekends is terrible. Trains are always late and overcrowded. There must be a way to run extra R's between CTL and City Hall because Queens and Manhattan is where most of the ridership is. This is what Mandani really needs to look into.
