That would be fine if the passengers are only going as far as the last stop. However, as I pointed out in another post passengers boarding at stations south of 59th Street (back when CPW lcls terminated at Hudson Term) bound for Bkln would still have to change at Canal for an express. Going the other way, passengers boarding a N/B C at stations between 59th and 125th would still have to change either at 125th or 168th for an A of they were going north of 168th. |
