Locals? I think the idea of locals is to feed the express stops. Or something like that.

Have you ever waited at a local stop like 63rd/Rego Park and it feels like locals are outnumbered by express trains 10-to-1? Well it isn't that high, but that's how it feels. Passengers get anxious and feel like being on a local won't get them where they're going and will always hop off at the express stop.
