Has nothing to do with Fox. They proposed and got funding for an LA to SF project and are now only building a Sacramento to Bakersfield project. It is now an entirely different project and it does not need so much federal funding. Mayhap they will have to apply again for the project that they are building.

WHICH IS WHY the LION has told you over and over and over again to fund your damn projects yourself and leave the fed out of it.

Ditch fed funding and go ahead at fullsome speed.
