Apparently so.Apparently So. LION says skrew the fed and build them with local funding. The states of NY and NJ can do it on their own, all it takes is a little thought and a bond issue. Certainly there is enough money in that city for peeps to invest in municipal bonds for such work. Sell it and they will buy it! ROAR |
