I believe the original station name was "Bridge Street", so that is probably correct, but the exit still went to Jay St, and the exit tairs went to Jay Street, at least near the end. I remember the building on the corner in the photo I posted still being there in 1989, as I used to go in the deli/bodega there that was on the corner of Myrtle and Jay back then. I remember when those buildings were all closed and they began tearing it all down.
