New developments are happening EVERYWHERE....even a new 1,000 plus ft tall skyscraper right in the heart of downtown. An SBS street transit route might help...but the EASIEST local street between the northeastern and Central/Downtown area for such a route would be DeKalb ave. Granted...MYRTLE AVE is the most direct connection between Several nabs...but it is also one of the most congested.
