It's December 1980 and there are R-44's on the (F). Could be the Rockwell truck fiasco ?
At that time, former LIRR Bay Ridge division on lower left. South motor is #190.

R-46's that debuted and ran on the JFK Express were now replaced by R-44's. Red R-30's are on the (C). Howard Beach station. (April 12, 1990)
