Now that you mention it, I probably saw a few of them myself, but unlike the GEV R-30s that received a mini GOH, they were only given a paint job like the WH R-30s. In retrospect, they probably should have GOHed the GE R-27s as well. Despite their lack of A/C they probably could have been used on part time rush hour only lines just to make service. |
