They have not provided a precise definition of "enough." Mr. AlM is among this group, insofar as Hunter College being on break. I'll keep posting until the end of February. Phase 3 would have served people who actually Really need a east side subway... It would be beneficial to determine what was wrong with the estimates before embarking on ambitious (or not so ambitious) SAS extensions. Perhaps, a better estimate would predict a similar patronage shortfall for the LES. |
