I've never read an obituary that said " at least it wasn't a gunshot wound". All your observation does is highlight that in some cases, a firearm would've prevented some of those murders. |

There's nothing in there about guns. It merely guarantees the right to weapons in some capacity. Since common sense dictates that you don't have the right to any weapon you want (Sidewinder missile? Atomic bomb? RIGHT TO BEAR ARMS!) and the 2nd Amendment doesn't explicitly guarantee the right to any specific weapons in particular, there is no constitutional right to guns. |
