Which indicates that Canadians tend to have homicidal feelings roughly as often as Americans. So when they have a knife or a blunt instrument handy, they tend to kill just as much as Americans do. But because they have much less access to guns, the murder rate due to guns is lower.dead is dead whether by gun, by knife or by baseball bat. I've never read an obituary that said " at least it wasn't a gunshot wound". All your observation does is highlight that in some cases, a firearm would've prevented some of those murders. |
