Or alternatively— if you don't have a gun, you can't find another weapon in the brief time it takes for your rage to subside and your rational faculties to remind you that maybe killing someone isn't the best idea.Not all murderers are premeditated. Simply denying someone the ability to kill on impulse in an instant can significantly reduce the murder rate. |
