The people who are saying "Trayvon got justice with Zimmerman being charged with "2nd Degree Murder" think about this... The Definition of 2nd Degree Murder is characterized by a sudden and instantaneous intent to kill or to cause injury without caring whether it kills or not.. the charge basically is that Zimmerman decided to just shoot him for shooting him. Zimmerman has "Stand Your Ground" and he will claim self defense. Casey anthony got away with her murder change due to the fact that the charge was too hard to prove this might be the same. In Florida first degree manslaughter is when "The killing of a human being by the act, procurement, or culpable negligence of another, without lawful justification" The state has to prove intent, as long as Zimmerman can claim self defense and prove it he can get off. Also its likely Zimmerman would try to get his Lawyer to say that this trial CANT be done in Florida because he'll make the claim that he wont find a fair jury. This might very well turn into Casey Anthony Part 2 |
