You think that he would plead guilty and serve 15 years rather than take his chances at a trial? Is that what you would do? It sounds very stupid to me. I can't imagine that he would plead guilty to any offense that would require that he serve more than a couple of years. According to some (Dershowitz for example) he has a decent chance of getting the charges dismissed outright. |
