Have you had a chance to review the phone records & entire 9-1-1 tapes? Have you had a chance to analyze all of the other forensic evidence? Can you reveal, from your conversations with the defense counsel, what their strategy will be? It seems to me that your over-confidence in the outcome is more wishful thinking than it is rooted in fact. I still say that we should let the trial play out and regardless of our own points of view or prejudices, accept the verdict - be it by jury or bench or by plea. |
