I think that he should be charged with whatever meets the statutory threshold in the Florida legal system and then let it be decided by a judge and 12 jurors. Since none of us are there and none of us a privy to all of the facts, it makes more sense to watch this play out instead of taking sides like this is some sort of sporting event. It seems that some here are more interested in vengeance than they are in justice. Yeah- Go Team! |
