So if Trayvon was 35 you're going to say he was stalking a man with a gun? That statement is absurd and so is the one you're saying. he followed him and whether he had a SUDDEN intent to use it is whats on trial. If Trayvon was the one who initiated the physical confrontation then Zimmerman walks. The whole case rests on who swung first. For Zimmerman to be charged with 2nd degree murder Trayvon and Zimmerman must've had a confrontation and Zimmerman made a sudden choice to shoot Trayvon WITHOUT trayvon starting the physical altercation.So don't try to Troll me, it doesn't work, do I think ZImmerman killed Trayvon yes, was the prosecutors charge too high I believe so. its easier to prove Zimmerman acted in Self Defense due to the strength of Stand Your Ground. |
