I'd read that the State's Attorney overrode the dissenting police investigator's dispute of Zimmerman's account so perhaps it is State's Attorney who's charged with this. I took that to mean the police turned to the SA upon not reaching a unanimous decision but I could be wrong.your pal, Fred |
