Before answering your question, what is your basis for alleging that the members of the Russian mafia in the US are 100% Jewish? Your personal Jew-hating beliefs? Lets see some evidence.

Also - if you would actually read history you'd have your answer. Jewish organized crime has never been exclusively Jewish. Even the legendary Jewish Mafia of the 1930's had Italian Catholic officers. Albert Anastasia, Joe Adonis (Joseph Anthony Doto) and Anthony Maffetore were all prominent members of the Jewish Mafia as well as the Italian Mafia. Harry Maione and Frank Abbandando were Murder, Inc. hitmen. Louis Capone (no relation to Al) and James Feraco were too.

It is true that in the Italian mafia, only Italians can be "made men". But that does not mean that Jews could not be associates - a lot of the members of Murder, Inc. also did work for the Italian mafia. Think of "Hesh" in The Sopranos - not a made guy but important to the DiMeo Crime Family because of his business connections and available cash.
